Reenactor Registration

Reenactors must register at the marked registration tent before participating at reenactments. Registration will be open on setup day as well as during the event. Members of reciprocating organizations will need to sign a waiver to participate and must be current members of their organization. Any reenactor found to be unregistered will be dismissed from activities by their commanding officer.
Safety
Event participants must have an event card to take part in the event, which is provided upon registration. Battle participants must have a current written Safety Test on file with their company commanders. Horses and their riders must have passed an NCWC Mounted Test or similar test given by their reciprocating organization.
Sutlers
All sutlers must register and receive confirmation for each event. Please contact Sutler Coordinator Teresa Steinbock at 503-829-3678 or milkcrk@molalla.net. Sutlers should revie the Sutler Policy and may download the Sutler Registration Form here.
