Reenactor Registration

Registration of reenactors before unloading and set up is at the registration tent. Reciprocating organizations will need to sign a waiver to participate and must be current members of their respective organizations. Any reenactor found to be unregistered will be dismissed from activities by their commanding officer.

Sutlers:

All sutlers must register and be confirmed for each event. Please contact Sutler Coordinator Teresa Steinbock at 503-829-3678 or milkcrk@molalla.net. Sutlers should review the Sutler Policy and may download the Sutler Registration Form here.

Safety:

Event participants must have an event card to take part in the event. Battle participants must have a current written safety test on file with their company commanders. Horses and their riders must have passed an NCWC mounted test or similar test given by their reciprocating club.

Weapons will be inspected at first parade and anytime thereafter by order of their brigade commanders or their respective company commanders.
